The Chief Instructor for Swanda Karate One in Great Britain is Shihan Alf Burgoyne (7th Dan), who has studied the Martial Arts since 1972. Since then he has gained a vast amount of experience in Wado-Ryu, Bujinkai, Shotokan Karate and Kobudo (weaponry). He is a former Vice -Chairman of FEKO (Federation of Karate Organisations) and now an Executive Member, and a former Chief Referee of FEKO.
