DEER STANCE

The Deer's hooves make her swift and surefooted, quiet and graceful. Usually she can sense approaching danger and simply disappear into the forest. When forced to fight, she uses her natural agility to weave an elusive and impenetrable defence. Run when you can, fight when you must, and follow the ways of the Deer.

The Deer bears no other animal ill-will, preferring to live and let live, a peaceful, twilight browser. If she could run undisturbed over the countryside, surrounded by her friends, the heavens would see no signs of her passage other than her fading footprints.
