Look at Heaven above you. See its vast expanse and its great strength, as it carefully holds itself over the earth. The senior student should understand the magnitude of the heavens, the untiring devotion required for learning any martial art, and the limitlessness involved in the study of the Kojasho System.

Heaven looks down from above, sees all, knows all. Understanding the sorrows of those that struggle, it declines judgement and pities the weak and defenceless. Heaven accepts the order of things, content to observe but refusing to intervene.
